Principal Architect
Over nineteen years of architectural and construction experience with a variety of project and construction types.
James D. Rosenlieb is the principal architect and owner of JDR‹Architects, and is personally involved in the design and management of all projects.
James holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Masters in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, Chicago, IL. He holds registration to practice architecture in 16 states, as well as NCARB certification, allowing reciprocity in all fifty states.
In addition to working as an architect, James has gained his experience working in the offices of a land planner, MEP engineer, and a general contractor as an estimator and construction manager. This broad experience has contributed to his ability to provide quality documents and service through his understanding of the expectations of the entire project team.
